About Me

I am a Public Servant with Govt of India. I joined IPS in 1997 in Punjab Cadre. I have served as SSP of 9 districts of Punjab and also 3 years term in Chandigarh. I am currently posted as IG, Cyber Cell, Punjab. I primary interest is in policing and it remains my first priority. Though I am also an avid photographer who loves to capture the photo of culture and places.

Chappar Chiri
The Fateh Burj  of Chappar Chiri is the tallest minar in India. Chappar Chiri is in the SAS Nagar district, Punjab. The 328 ft high tower is dedicated to establishment of the Sikh Misls in a large part of Punjab in earlier eighteenth century. The location of Fateh Burj is along the Kharar-Banur Road, now officially named Banda Singh Bahadur Road. It is situated just outside Mohali, a few kilometres from Landran and 30 km from Sirhind. Banda Singh Bahadur, one of the most respected Sikh warriors, won a decisive battle against Wazir Khan, commander of the Mughal army at this location.
Anandpur Sahib
Virasat-e-Khalsa is a museum of Sikhism, located in the city of Anandpur Sahib. The museum was built to celebrates 500 years of the Sikh history and the 300th anniversary of the birth of Sikhism based on the scriptures written by the tenth and 10th master Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

Virasat-e-Khasla is Museum having 3D representation (with ambient light and sound) of the most events in the Sikh history since its birth till Indian Independence in 1947.
